General building information
The Tiriac Tower in Bucharest will not only be one of the most modern office buildings in the centre of the Romanian capital, but also one of the most impressive. It consists of three interconnected building sections, with 12, 8 and 5 storeys. The building will have a total area of 30,969 square metres and a height of around 50 metres. The subterranean building section alone will take up 13,000 square metres, of which the majority will be used as a car park with 259 parking spaces. The building sections above the ground will be used primarily as office space. However, there will also be commercial areas with shops and supermarkets. The Victorei metro station is located close by, providing good transport connections.
Were special solutions used?
A wide range of OBO products was installed in the Tiriac Tower. Cable support systems, connection and fastening systems, as well as lightning protection and fire protection systems.
